everyone has an ego of varying proportions. everyone has their needs, their barriers, and their obstacles. but everyone aims for the best, and that’s what makes a band fucking awesome. just play, have fun, and worry about the rest later. that’s why we do it, right? it gives something to focus on and actually be a part of. and when you make something really awesome, you stand back, listen to it and think, ”we did that!” and it becomes a child. it’s fucking beautiful.
